2022 - 2023 PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Age Groups

Tikes – Ages 4-6 years old

Youth – Ages 7-12 years old with 0-3 years of experience

Advanced – Ages 12-15 years old,
4+ years experience, or coaches invite.

The above groups are at coach’s discretion.
If coaches feel a wrestler should be in a
different group, they will speak to
parents individually.

Practice Times

TIKES - Tue/Thur 5:30-6:15 p.m.

(Tikes season goes from 10/25/22 - 12/4/22)

YOUTH - Tue/Thur 6:00-7:00 p.m.

ADVANCED -

Mon 6:00-7:30 p.m. &

Tue/Thur 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.

(Youth & Advanced season goes from

10/11/22 - 3/30/23)
